A hospitality platform, not just a website.
The Villa Gonçalo project was developed to connect brand presentation with the accommodation's real operations. The public experience, content, reservation requests and administrative management all live within the same architecture, built on LEVORA CMS in Laravel.
Four accommodations organised to make choosing easier.
The platform presents four independent units with their own capacities, areas, base prices, features and galleries. Navigation allows visitors to compare options for two, four or six people and quickly find the unit best suited to each stay.
Integrated availability and reservation requests.
The reservation flow was developed as part of the Hospitality system. Guests enter their dates and number of people, view the available experience and submit a structured request. When a request is received, the corresponding dates are protected while the process remains active, preventing overlapping bookings during follow-up.
Operational workflow in the back office.
In the LEVORA dashboard, requests are tracked through dedicated operational statuses. New, Contacted, Confirmed and Completed retain the dates; cancellation returns them to availability. The team can centralise tracking without relying on parallel spreadsheets or fragmented website management.
Automated guest communication.
The system integrates request, confirmation and final arrival communication emails, featuring Villa Gonçalo's identity, address, contact details, check-in, check-out and relevant information for the stay. Contact forms use the same production email infrastructure and routing.
Portuguese and English treated as real experiences.
Villa Gonçalo was structured in PT and EN with dedicated routes, persisted content and language selection that takes the current page into account. The multilingual experience covers the website, accommodations, reservations, forms, legal content and project-related communication.
Content that also sells the destination.
The Discover the West area positions the location as part of the experience. Óbidos Lagoon, Foz do Arelho, Caldas da Rainha and Óbidos are integrated into an editorial narrative that helps visitors understand the value of Nadadouro as a starting point for exploring the region.
SEO, analytics and a proprietary technical foundation.
The platform includes PT/EN technical SEO, canonical tags, hreflang, structured data, sitemaps, migration redirects, Google Tag Manager and Analytics. Legal content, consent, forms and media were integrated into the same foundation, reducing external dependencies and maintaining control over the product's evolution.
A real reference for LEVORA Hospitality.
Villa Gonçalo has become a real example of LEVORA's approach to hospitality: premium design, a proprietary CMS, accommodation, availability, reservations, operations and communication on a single platform. The solution demonstrates a foundation that can be adapted to accommodation, tourism and hotel projects, with specific integrations where necessary.
